Promotes youth entrepreneurship and supports upcoming entrepreneurs towards self- sufficiency.
In this interactive one day workshop participants learn what entrepreneurship and why it is important for youth in their community. Participants of the workshop map out a model village and identify issues, problems and opportunities in their communities. These are then turned into innovation ideas. Participants are then taught how to turn an idea into a business. This is done by practically taking youth through the Business Model Canvas process. By the end of the day participants have learnt about entrepreneurship, have identified an innovation idea and have turned the idea into a business plan.
